Amman, Jordan – SIS Global is proud to announce the signing of a series of strategic agreements with Umniah (Beyon Group), marking a significant expansion of the two companies’ collaboration across Jordan’s telecommunications sector.
A Partnership Formalized Across Three Key Agreements
Building on a proven track record of infrastructure delivery, SIS Global and Umniah have entered into a set of formal agreements that extend the partnership well beyond project-based work and into the core of Umniah’s network operations and development.
Sole Site Acquisition Services Since early 2025, SIS Global has been appointed as the sole site acquisition service provider for Umniah’s network in Jordan, taking full responsibility for identifying, securing, and preparing the physical locations required for Umniah’s continued network expansion across the country.
Telecom and Power Framework Agreement The two companies have signed a Telecom and Power Framework Agreement covering the ongoing deployment and management of various types of telecom sites ensuring a structured, long-term approach to how Umniah’s infrastructure is built and maintained.
Outsourcing Framework Agreement SIS Global and Umniah have further signed an outsourcing framework agreement covering two critical business functions: telecom operations and sales force support. This agreement positions SIS Global as an embedded operational partner within Umniah’s business.
Built on Proven Delivery
These agreements are the direct result of a relationship built on performance. SIS Global previously served as the main subcontractor to Ericsson in the deployment of Umniah’s first 5G network successfully delivering more than 230 sites across Jordan’s Central, Northern, and Southern regions.
That project established SIS Global as a trusted execution partner capable of delivering at national scale. These new agreements reflect Umniah’s confidence in taking that partnership further.
