The project is considered among the largest hospitality deployments globally utilizing Nextivity solutions, providing reliable multi-operator indoor cellular connectivity across the hotel’s extensive facilities, guest areas, operational zones, and critical service locations.
Located in the central area of Madinah near Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi, Sheraton Madinah Hotel represents a premium hospitality destination requiring stable and seamless mobile connectivity for guests, staff, and operational teams.

Customer Challenges
