Project Overview
Saudi Intelligent Solutions (SIS) successfully delivered an advanced in-building mobile coverage enhancement solution at Novotel Madinah, supporting reliable cellular connectivity across critical hotel areas for guests, staff, and operational teams.
Novotel Madinah is strategically located approximately 120 meters from Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi and is considered one of the prominent hospitality destinations in the central area of Madinah. The hotel includes approximately 394 rooms designed to accommodate families and groups, in addition to restaurants, lounges, and business facilities requiring stable indoor mobile connectivity and reliable guest experience.
Customer Challenges
The hotel environment presented several indoor coverage challenges, including:
• Weak mobile signal in internal areas
• Inconsistent voice call quality
• Poor mobile data performance
• Coverage degradation in enclosed zones and corridors
• Difficulty maintaining stable multi-operator connectivity
• Signal attenuation caused by building structure and hotel layout
Due to the nature of hospitality environments, maintaining seamless indoor cellular coverage was critical to support guest satisfaction and hotel operations.
